Hi! I’m Keith Kohanek and I’m thrilled you found my little slice of the internet. I’m a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and virtual coaching specialist based in Austin, Texas. Since 2016, I have focused on delivering sustainable results to clients through intelligently-designed strength and conditioning programs. Whether through in-person training, virtual coaching and exercise programming, or my blogs and social media posts, it would be a privilege to accompany and help guide you on your health and wellness journey.
In my experience, everyone will approach exercise and wellness from a unique perspective and for a very personal and individual reason. My client-centered approach to personal training and coaching yields lasting results by tailoring the process and program to each individual client. Exercise doesn’t only have to be about weight loss. Better movement, improved quality of life, increased muscle mass and bone density, even mental health can be augmented through exercise.
I will be honest with you; there’s no quick fix or easy button that’s going to get you to your health and wellness goals. Even after years of discipline, dedication, and setting and accomplishing your goals, sustained results will depend on your adherence to a regular exercise, nutrition, and recovery program.
